Leadership Coaching

The MLTG staff has a solid track record for effective leader coaching services and specializes in four types of coaching engagements:

 

Type One: Intervention Coaching - provides targeted help and support for leaders facing a “must change,” or critical turn-around, situation 

 

Type Two: Specific Skill or Leadership Style Improvement - provides coaching for leaders on developing specific interpersonal skills, communications, and leader style improvements.

 

Type Three: Preparation for Special or New Assignments - helps leaders prepare for a new assignment or a change in job status that will demand new skill sets and experiences.

 

 

Type Four: Professional Development and Personal Growth - helps leaders continually improve in their leadership skills and their performance in various leadership/managerial roles.  A major purpose of this type of coaching is to increase the leader's self-awareness and to develop a stronger understanding of how to better influence positive change in their people and their organizations.
